Vodafone UK - Lewisham Shopping Centre Reviews 

OMG what a disgusting experience I had today at Vodafone Lewisham Shopping Centre. A young black ( unfortunately, I do not know his name) he looks like Somalian. He was literally making fun of me, while I explained my issues with Vodafone to him. On the top of everything all the questions I asked him, he answered me “you have to call customer service. Honestly, I have never had this type of customer service since I living in London more than 6 years. It is unacceptable behaviour, very unprofessional. This shop has to be closed. I asked this guy who joked with me, why he work at this place if he can even cannot give good advice to customers, he told me “I am here to give contracts to the people”. Which is mean he just wants to sell contract to the people and then he doesn’t care what is going on. Despite I signed my contract with Vodafone at this shop. Hundreds prevent I will contact Vodafone customer service and I will cancel this agreement with Vodafone. Every year this company becomes worse and worse. The smart people stopped use this company. I do not know how still exists. AVOID AVOID AVOD

I came into the shop canceled Secure Net and two P.A.C codes as i was ready to leave Vodafone for another network. But Cristina Gracia listened to my frustrations and concerns. She helped me solve Secure Net problems in person on my mobile And helped to return my monthly payments to the same amount before the automatic increase a few days ago. Cristina saw me as another 'human being ' as she called it. Not Just a customer.
Vodafone are lucky to have such considerate staff . Thank you Cristina.

Great help and assistance, knowledgable, personable and efficient

Came to the Lewisham Vodafone branch. Was served by Dennis. Fantastic service from the beginning right to the end. He dealt with all my concerns, saved me money, and was very patient throughout the whole process. I cannot fault the service I received.

I would however, say that your systems are very slow and perhaps you can review how your systems can be speed up as you could loose potential customers waiting for assistance.

Aaron was incredibly helpful resolved a longstanding issues I couldn’t resolve online to do with call barring. He was then able to find me the best deal for my needs.

Boryana was very kind and understanding. She helped us out so much and was very determined to fix our problem.

Boryana was very helpful both times I came by. She was very polite and professional. Very pleased with the service given.

Boryana was excellent - very caring and understanding, exceptional communication and problem solving skills. She arrange my broadband as swiftly as she could and was very patient - sat with me for a very long time to manoeuvre through the telephone processes. Boryana went above and beyond to ensure my broadband was sorted efficiently. I can’t recommend the Lewisham store enough, extremely polite, professional and friendly staff and they are truly dedicated to providing the best for their customers and you can see how well they all support each other (I saw Boryana help her colleagues on each of my visits). Boryana is an asset to the team.

Only went into the shop to ask a quick question as expected to be told to use the chat on- line-option. However, I was sat down by the store manager, my questions listening to and even when being disturbed by other staff kept on track with me. I was then taken through the various options all by a knowledgeable individual to leave the shop with exactly what I needed. Thank you.

Simple and easy exactly the reason why Vodafone is the best

Yaseen was brilliant. He has excellent product knowledge and was personable and really sold me a phone that was going to suit my needs. He obviously enjoys his job and speaking and helping customers. I was very impressed as he remembered me from the last time I came in store when I was unsure on which phone to get.

A very good member of staff and he interacted with his team members effectively too.

I purchased a Samsung S25 Ultra, an upgrade from my old A22 5G.
