Useless callcenter, hopeless chat Bots , overcharging , and totally incapable of resolving there fault , Avoid at all costs if you enjoy your sanity,!
I tried to renew by broadband / landline , to a better deal after vodaphone had hiked up the charges after years of being a customer and my circumstances had changed after my wife’s accident she had become totally disabled, at first 3rd October a representative of the company said they can offer a better deal and we would be put on it with a 24month contract, several months latter I found this had just not happened , I called again they said I should have been put on it and they have a record of it and they will put me on the new deal now ( perhaps a Indian call Center where I feel sorry for the staff who had limited English language skills more staff training is required) , but I will loose out financially from October the 3rd until now . I’ve just found out this had still not been resolved, I’m still paying the high rate , This is basically fraud on vodaphone part , I’d recommend anyone reading this to avoid vodaphone as there customer service is none existent, there’s no complaints E mail mail !! And the only customer service I’m getting now is a useless chat Bot . The only way to complain is post !!! So please Guys if you are reading this and you are thinking of switching to vodaphone as a broadband provider think again , it’s not worth the hassle, !
I’m going to have another few hours of my time wasted by them today , but ultimately the I suspect the final solution is to change providers.
