Breach of trust by Clapham Vodafone shop manager Aaron
I went to Clapham Vodafone shop on 30th July 2024 asking them to help me restore Whatsapp messages to my new phone. I had already installed everything else but had difficulty with Whatsapp. The manager tried a few things and then asked me to leave the phones with him while the data get transferred. I left both my old and new phones with him. I went back at the end of the day to get my phones back. The data had not been transferred yet but I picked the phones up. I have just realised while my phones were in the Vodafone shop, they have taken the liberty of writing a good review on my behalf. Please see the review from myself on this site dated 30th July 2024. I am very disappointed with the manager, Aaron. He seemed like a nice person and I trusted him with my phones and all my data and password that were saved on my old phone. I cannot believe he has done such a stupid thing. Once my new phone was sorted, of course I would have been more than happy to pay him for his service and leave an excellent review. This is a breach of trust and I hold the company responsible to investigate and report back why this should happen. It makes me wonder what else he has done with my data while I left my phones with him.
