I had issues with my SIM
I had issues with my SIM , it had been changed to an eSIM and I was unable to use the phone.
I had just come off a long flight , Alistair couldn't have been more helpful.
He saw I was extremely tired , kindly left some customers for a few minutes to deal with me.
I've been with Vodafone for many years , the service has not always been great , but Alistair's customer service was perfection!
