Amazing Service
I came into the store to enquire about Home Broadband and unfortunately found that my current speeds were better. Tareq asked me various questions whilst identifying the best broadband options and in doing so was able to see that even though the broadbands didn’t meet my needs, we were able to upgrade my sim only to a longer duration, and add more countries for roaming. Although the plan wasn’t with unlimited internet he explained that i could boost it 6 times which is perfect!
The service was really amazing and Tareq went the extra mile in ensuring that the package best suited me and that I knew what i was signing up for

They lie every time
They're trying to make an idiot out of me. Roaming has not been working for me since March 2024, but I am paying for it. Every time I called Castumer, they told me that everything was working for me, you can go safely. And every time I flew to Europe, it doesn’t work. I have called more than 20 times and tried to contact via Chat more than 30 times. As a result, it doesn't work, and they make an idiot out of me by claiming that it work. But the story continues. 3 days ago, I received a new phone with a Full tariff upgrade. And I made a Transfer to my eSim, and now 72 hours have passed and I have no connection. I contacted Castumer 2 times and they told me that it was working. They're really making an idiot out of me. I have no connection, but they claim to have. I accuse Rahul Banik of lying. From India.
