Adrianne was amazing!
Adrianne made the whole experience so simple and smooth for me. I was not sure if I should upgrade but she was so thorough with all the benefits I get by staying with Vodafone and upgrading my contract. She even helped me take out a sim only plan for my son. Busy shop but Adrienne is great!
I had to pop in person to a shop as there was an issue setting up a new account.
When I arrived it was busy, but I was acknowledged straight away which was great.
Adrienne was super helpful, explained everything and managed somehow to get broadband installed one week before it was available online!
