Totally unprofessional
Totally unprofessional. I was in the store on 23rd Sept and 24th Sept and multiple people took on my case, two of them left it mid way and and other person took over because apparently someone was coming to visit the store and welcoming them was more importnat. I was made to visit to the store at least four times in the span of two days.
All I wanted was Trade my current iPhone and get a new one. Taquan was the guy who was handling my case didn’t seem very knowledgable and was not very professional. Over all, the service was below satisfactory. Was expecting better from Vodafone. Been using the service for three years now, with visits to multiple service centres and vodafone stores but this was by far the worst.
