Excellent customer service
We were so impressed with Jay. We had visited the store as we have two phones on Vodafone SIM only contracts which were coming to the end. Jay took the time to check out all the available deals and then present us with different options to enable us to make an informed choice. He was totally professional and also friendly at the same time. His attention to detail in helping us get the right deal for us was excellent and well deserving of the 5 star rating.
