Wayne was excellent from the moment we…
Wayne was excellent from the moment we walked in the shop, from his friendly greeting to reviewing everything on my husband and my phone contracts to our broadband and making sure we got the best savings across all three. Wayne saved us money on each one, he gave us clear and an uncomplicated breakdown of everything and talked us through each amendment to our plan. With the money we saved he also helped us with a new iPad purchase as our old one was having battery issues.
Wayne was just very informative and simplified the whole process and a credit to the Vodafone shop and team.
He also welcomed other customers and offered them to take a seat and that someone would be with them shortly.
He gave us a lot of time and we were never felt rushed or pressured. He was an excellent sales person and very knowledgeable.
