I have never had such an amazing, positive and helpful customer service done by Nasif. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the deals and gave me the option which suited me best. He was incredibly thoughtful, recommending several different contracts. I loved his service and positivity.

Nasif was awesome
Nasif was awesome. 10/10 would buy from this vodafone again. He put no pressure on me and remained positive throughout the entire experience with zero negativity when i said i didnt want the entertainment package.

Wayne and Morgan were absolutely brilliant at helping to resolve my data problems! After being sent from over the phone customer service into their store they were absolutely fantastic and even helped raise a complaint higher to customer service to come to a resolution. My sim is now swapped and my data is finally back !

Phone number and service issues
I had been having issues with my phone number and mobile service for SO long, and I came in today and Chan sorted all of my issues then and there. I am so pleased, I left Vodafone with every issue fixed. 10/10!!!!
