Excellent Service
I went into the Mansfield store this morning and was served by Ben and Curtis. I was looking to upgrade earlier than anticipated because my Google pixel 6 was on it's way out.
Excellent service. Great customer care. Looked at the best offers available to me. Explained the contract and transferred everything from old to the new phone.
I have been with Vodafone years and they've never failed me yet

Having issues receiving calls and voicemails
We visited the Mansfield store today as we were having problems receiving voice mails on the phone we use for work, my wife and I while there asked about new plans that were available, Curtis answered lots of questions we had about contracts and saved us lots of pounds on new plans on three phones without losing out on data etc.
A brilliant outcome.

Upgrading my phone in person
I wanted to upgrade my phone so I called into my local Vodafone shop in Mansfield. I was listened to and came home with a really good deal. Curtis really knew his job well and understood my needs.
