Helpful friendly advice
Called in to the Mansfield shop to obtain some advice about purchasing a new iPhone as I wasn’t sure which one I wanted. Received excellent help from Natalie who explained the difference between models and plans. I ordered an iPhone and it was delivered today, just 24 hours later. Great service and so much easier than using the website to compare models.

Natalie and Curtis were brilliant this morning. I went in after being on the Web chat for over 40 mins then talking to a lady on the phone, suggested I could go into store contray to the web chat. This is what I will be doing in future. They were so helpful and sorted the mix up with no problem. More importantly made me feel it was not my fault. 10/10
