Zachary was absolutely amazing
Zachary was absolutely amazing, spoke very clearly and made sure I understood every part of the transaction.
He was very friendly, and I didn’t feel pressured at all, he gave me honest advice about which phone would be suitable for me and why it would benefit me and my lifestyle.

Great service from the staff at…
Great service from the staff at Mansfield however it has taken me over a month to be able to upgrade due to system issues. The store have done everything to fix this which has finally paid off. Vodafone you really need to fix your systems.

I went into Mansfield branch today to…
I went into Mansfield branch today to collect my new iPhone 15. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was waiting no more than 3 minutes to be dealt with. The male was prompt and polite. I was very satisfied with the service I was provided with and I left the store feeling very happy and positive.
I had the same experience last Friday when is ttemeded the store in order to purchase a new phone. Excuse me for not remembering her name but the lady with dark king hair and cool tattoos were very welcoming and professional. She sat with me and my partner explaining things in detail so we were able to make the best decision. After purchasing the IPhone 15 we left the store very excited.
Amazing customer service I couldn’t recommend this branch enough. Vodafone are lucky to have such good employees representing them

Had an issue with my Broadband and Customer services were useless. Went in to store and the Adviser explained everything in great detail, extremely helpful, I will be bringing my Wife in to do her Upgrade next month when its due.
