In Store Experience
I recently enocutered a hardware fault with my S24 Ultra and required a form of contact as soon as possible. In store, I spoke with Caitlin who assisted me with my urgent request, Caitlin provided excellent customer service and care and assisted with upgrading my contract allowing me to recieve the best possible deal. Caitlin had the perfect balance between professionalism and authenticity allowing the upgrading process to be fun and efficient.

Hi, I came in late yesterday evening to make and exchange as I had made a mistake when ordering online.

Helpful staff in the store but someone has been careless
The staff in store were very helpful when I went to collect my online upgrade device.
Unfortunately although I ordered a 256 GB device, and this is what it says on the box, the confirmation message that I received after getting home said that I had collected a 128 GB device. I spent 30 minutes navigating the chat system to discover that I can't know until I set up the device what the capacity is.
Not 100% impressed.
