Could not have had a better experience than the one provided by Dennis yesterday in Newark. Helpful patient warm efficient. Dennis took a potentially nightmare scenario- trying to replace lost handset and negotiate new contract for my recently bereaved elderly mother - into a smooth straightforward transaction. He is also the first person to make my Apple loving husband just consider an alternative… amazing salesman and delightful person

Data connection problem
I am having a problem with interconnection via mobile data with my new Samsung phone.
Matthew tried for over 90mins to solve the problem
He was unsuccessful in the end but this was because the person he was webchatting too refused to carry out the disconnect and reconnect procedure and hung up the Web chat on him.
The patience and service in the store was fantastic his failure was not his fault he did all he could to solve the problem. Matthew was let down by others.
He was treated badly by another Vodafone employee on the other end of the line.
