Mark at Vodafone Nottingham was excellent. He sorted out my problems and was very calm and patient.
The only downside (reason for losing a star) was the long wait time in store.

Helpful, pleasant and attentive
I was served by a guy called Zac on Saturday who helped me choose a new phone and a new plan. He was extremely helpful and explained everything. Very pleasant staff and not pushy sales people which I liked. Would highly recommend this store to all my friends and family
