Friendly, professional, trustworthy
Tom and Aasiyah did a such a lovely job of advising me today, they were friendly, knowledgable and felt trustworthy all the way through. They broke the deal down for me and worked out the difference so I clearly understood all costs involved. They made sure I got a good deal and I was only in the store around 10 minutes. Vodafone has never given me problems and our Nottingham store is welcoming

Good service
Robert was very knowledgeable and gave very good advice. I didn't come away with the phone I had wanted,but I believe this was the correct decision. I was advised on the phone that suited me best. Robert helped me transfer my data from my old phone and this was carried out successfully. I have subsequently managed to log into everything I needed to, so am very happy.
