I had loads of trouble trying to get my phone exchange sorted on the phone, but Sam was able to advise me straight away and quite quickly as well! Zachary was very polite, friendly and helpful with an interest I had for a fone. He explained everything to me. I've been with Vodafone for approx 20 hrs and I would not change from Vodafone. They have always been polite and helpful every time I've been.

Rich was wonderful!
My partner and I popped into the store as I wanted to see how much it would be to upgrade and trade in my iPhone 14 Pro max to the iPhone 17 pro max. We were greeted by Rich, who was lovely and professional. He explained the pricing difference and the offer that was currently running in a way that was easy to understand. I decided I did want to upgrade and Rich took me through the upgrading and trade in process, something I’ve not done before. He made it feel easy and stress free whilst also having a lovely chat with us. I will definitely be returning to the store in future and highly recommend Rich, thanks again! :)
