I came the Vodafone shop in Omagh to look about a new phone and Sam walked me through my options and we found the A17 was the phone for me! Excellent service and would definitely reccommend

I had a meeting this morning with Sean at the Omagh Branch, he was very knowledgeable and helped me open a new account for my daughter. A very pleasant experience overall.

I bought a new phone from elsewhere however the guys in Vodafone still offered to set the phone up for me even though I didn't buy it from Vodafone! Sean set it up for me and helped me with some new features on the phone too! Couldn't be happier

Sean was fantastic and so helpful! Patience of a saint. I will tell all my family and friends to come in and see Sean when they need anything sorted with their phones. Cheers Sean!

I recently had an outstanding customer service experience with Sean in the Omagh Vodafone shop. In a time sensitive situation, I had an hour long extremely frustrating telephone call with Precious, who could not help me, didn’t answer my questions and would not let me speak with someone, anyone else who could help me. Indeed, she was actually shouting at me at one stage!
On entering the shop, Seans calm and competent demeanour was like human Valium. He listened to my concerns, took the time to explain my options, offered solutions and most importantly I felt heard. This exceptional service didn’t end there, he followed up afterwards to ensure my sons phone was working again. His knowledge, empathy and genuine care turned a customer who was leaving Vodafone forever into a committed customer. I actually returned and signed up for the rest of my family because of his service. Sean is a true asset to Vodafone and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking reliable and effective service.

My partner went to upgrade his contract and I ended up changing over from ee to Vodafone as Samuel, Store Manager was so helpful and had the most amazing customer service. I would recommend this store as I could not have asked for any better service from a phone shop. Much appreciated for all the help.

We had been contacted by corporate Vodafone and informed that our contract phones would be disconnected and transferred to PAYG. After numerous phone calls and chat conversations we were assured that we would not be disconnected as the communications were sent in error.
Surprise surprises we were disconnected whilst on holiday in Ireland and had no phone connections.
We were passing through Omagh and saw the Vodafone logo and went in the store to at least buy PAYG credit until we returned home.
We fortunately sat down with Sean as he was a super star who looked through all the recent communications and actually identified the issue which the call centre teams could not.
He helped us get back on the network and said he would follow up to make sure things were progressing as they should.
True to form Sean called the next day as he had noticed further activity on our accounts.
We were unfortunately unable to return to the store due to travel arrangements but I would much prefer and trust Sean to complete the whole account set up and reconnection as his knowledge and desire to provide an exceptional customer service is second to none.
We would totally recommend the Omagh branch and we would also recommend you search out Sean who is an exceptional employee and certainly goes the extra mile to help.

Got a decent wee phone contract off Sean and he even got me a case to protect it, cheers Sean!

Samuel was very knowledgeable, helping me regain access to my work emails and showing me how to keep safe and secure online.

I recently made the switch from another provider and Roisin made the entire process very simple and straightforward for me, I was told I couldn't transfer my data from my Huawei but Roisin once again got all sorted for me! Very impressed with the service
