I went in to see John today with my mum…
I went in to see John today with my mum in the Paignton branch to get her new phone today and I had my new Samsung S23 plus that I got elsewhere and even though I'm not with Vodaphone John offered to help me with a full set up and check on my handset what a guy!!!! So helpful and kind to help me and informed me of so many extra features and uses and how to get the best out of my handset! Never had such wonderful customer service in my life he really takes care of everyone and every need out of pure selflessness. Best specialist in this field ever!

Visited John today at the store in…
Visited John today at the store in Paignton with my mum, to upgrade her old iPhone to the new iPhone 14 max pro, we have no idea about phones John was polite, very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of what we needed to know and what he needed to do with the switch over and set up! He was amazing and very calm and explained everything in detail we could understand with ease! I highly recommend John as a wonderful person to deal with and chat to while we were in his care! Attention to detail and super cool too! He definitely knows his stuff! Wizard of Paignton x
