Grace used all her sales and soft skills very well, I was coming in to leave Vodafone and go somewhere else and she ended up changing everything, she eventually gave me such a good deal that I didn’t just buy a new phone and extended my contract, but brought my husband to Vodafone as well. With buying a new phone and bringing my husband here, now I’m paying less then before
