Amazing Jacob
Today I visited the Pontefract store, and Jacob was absolutely brilliant answering all of my questions and helped me understand things so much better, I’ve never had such good customer service from Vodafone in all the years I’ve been a customer, as and elderly lady I sometimes find technology hard to understand but Jacob made it easy and now whenever I’m stuck I’ll be back to Pontefract to see him.

New phone day
Called into the pontefract store this morning to upgrade my phone, I was met by the staff in there. They were so friendly and welcoming, But the biggest thank you goes to Jacob. I had a really positive experience in store today at Vodafone. The store assistant Darcy was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.she took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated.
Darcy listened to what I needed and helped me find the best deal to suit my situation, even pointing out options I hadn’t considered. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.
It’s refreshing to receive such friendly and professional customer service — Darcy really went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend visiting this store if you need any help or advic.
Darcy also saved me some money.
