In store service was 5*. Due to numerous issues & delays i ended up visitng the store on about 4 seperate occasions. Each time i was treated with respect and empathy regarding the situation. Tilly,Aaron & Dan all went above and beyond to help resolve the issues in buying a new phone. Vodafone as company have a lot to answer for however these three were amazing in sorting out the issues.
