Blatantly lie about phones
I went in last weekend to look at upgrade to my s22 to the s25. They told me how the camera was so much better , processor speed was alot faster hard ware was all new. Got home and found out all the lies . Tech people online say not much difference and hold onto your s22 for another 2 to 3 years . Check it out yourself.

They take your money but …
They take your money but you can not contact them or get help when the phone has a fault - not impressed but eventually given a TCL-3167155 reference number by the maker.
Just hope they will send me a new one within a week or two - frustration.
Such a pity as Adam (5*) listened to me and sold me just what I wanted - excellent helpful service from him.
