I visited my local Rochdale branch of Vodafone at the Exchange Shopping Centre during this week. After many years of having an Android mobile phone I wanted to change and get some advice on purchasing an IPhone. The store wasn't too busy when I visited which I think was fortunate for me as I was given very useful and helpful advice from 2 members of staff.
Marifa and Rob explained the process and advised which iphone would be best for both my daily usage and my budget. I thought it would be a bit daunting changing from Android to Iphone - but they explained that the change over process is painless and relatively easy.
The good thing is that I know I can call back into the branch anytime if I have any other questions or if there is something I forgot to ask on my initial visit. Good customer service all round ... . Thank you Marifa and Rob.
