Lost sim
I was at the store today because i lost my sim card. i was at Vodafone, Romford. The lady over there, her name is Teri, she was very helpful, she was able to change it for me, informed me about the contract and we decided to switch to the contract. The service was perfect and everything was so easy with Teri helping me solving this issue.

Upgrade enquiry: Lucy
Lucy was brilliant with all my enquiries. Was very efficient and explained very well what each feature did when I upgraded my phone. She also made sure every customer in the room was seen to and made sure everyone was comfortable. I would definitely recommend her service to everyone.
