Chris sorted out a new one as my old one was broken

Fabulous service and advice from Chris at Crystal Peaks.
Only criticism is nothing to do with Chris! We were waiting over 30 mins before we were dealt with. Then our issue took almost an hour to resolve again no fault of Chris it was EE customer services making us wait for a PAC code. During this time there were other customers waiting to be seen.
An appointment system would be much better and possibly refreshments for waiting customers.
Again we were delighted with the package that Chris sorted out for us.

Paul gave very friendly service and was very thorough explaining the options that were available to me.

Absolutely disgusting service today. Been with Vodafone nearly 30 years and a simple online upgrade has caused me more stress in the last two days than I’ve endured by any service provider. This is the first time I have had a new phone delivery to a store as it wanted to make sure I was available. Order place 11/07/26 and confirmed same day, then nothing, no further email or contact, so I had to chase my order, usually 1-2 business days and sorted, not this time. I chased them yesterday to be told it had been desoatched and with the store for collection and to wait for a text… no text arrived. Called this morning chasing again to be told it was at the store and that I could collect it today so off I toddle. Get to the store verify my ID phone sat in the box I front of Chris with my name and order number on it… sorry you can’t have the phone as the order is showing as complete!! But you have the phone right there in front of you and it’s clearly not with me so please can I hand the phone I am paying for, to be told no it needs to be sent back to a warehouse and logged as not collected by me! I asked what I needed to do to get my phone and was told nothing you can do bye! I have spent nearly 3 hours with the bot then a human on the bot, asked stupid questions like why did you not have it delivered to your home address… not any of there business, I chose the option that was convenient for me at that time. Then I was told to just call customer service, not the easiest thing when the options are limited, eventually get through to a human to be asked another round of irrelevant questions. Then I was told the order is still showing as not delivered so still at the warehouse, obviously I told her that cannot be the case as I’ve seen the box with my name and order in the store… why won’t they let you have it? Good question glad you asked, not a clue that’s why I’m calling! I am so frustrated I just want to cancel everything but can’t apparently be use the order is showing as complete. What the heck, I get put through to someone else in sales, nice guy confirmed what I already know the order shows as complete so I need to wait and hope that the store sends the phone back to the warehouse where it will show as not collected before I can do anything at all, so now I’m about to start paying for a phone i don’t have and no idea what is going to happen next. If the store don’t send it back I’m just a hostage to Vodafone, considering reporting it as theft as someone else has my phone and so far there seems to be an I ye tin to deprive me of it. Yes I’ve made a complaint but contrary to being told they usually respond within 24 hours the notice you get after filling in the for says 7 to 10 days which will place me outside the cooling off period to cancel. I am more than frustrated and can’t wait for the AI response !

The customer service was excellent and thanks to Reece who dealt with my query I was sorted out in no time. Reece was friendly and easy to talk too.

I went in today with the plan of getting a Samsung S26 ultra. Not only did Paul sort everything out he supported me in trading in my current phone with a massive discount off. Thanks Paul you were great and I left with the phone I really wanted for less than I pay now. I've been with Vodafone for 20+ years and won't be moving.

Popped in to Vodafone today, got sat down with a young man called reece, turned out to be a nice guy, answered all questions we had, got us the best deal he could for a new tablet, absolutely great service 👍 and a respectable young man thanks very much 👍

Had an excellent and quite informative experience with Reece, he was so patient and definitely knew his stuff and even pointed me in the best direction from what I was thinking of getting. So glad I took his advice.

The young chap Reece explained everything so succinctly even a old luddite like myself understood his customer service skills are brilliant .

Last Monday(15th. June), my husband and I visited Vodafone Crystal Peaks, Sheffield. My husband opened an account, having close one with another phone company. The service that I’ve had has always been very acceptable, and I’ve been with Vodafone for several years.
The assistant who attended us on Monday was exceptionally good. He is called Reece

Such an understanding fella🙂helped me sort out problems i was experiencing with my phone in a pleasant way!

Paul at the Crystal Peaks branch in Sheffield provided excellent customer service in resolving a problem with my broadband disconnection, ensuring that the call centre understood the issue and will reimburse me for the days I have been incorrectly charged for.

He was friendly, helpful and took time to understand the problem and get to a clear resolution with clear documentation to prevent any further issues.

A big thank you for all your help, Paul, and for putting the customer first - I left feeling like you really cared about me and my needs.

Reece provided excellent customer service and was not a pushy sales person. Gave good information on plans available.

Excellent service from Reece. Very professional, friendly and helpful. He made leaving EE and moving to Vodafone pain free and as quick as possible.
