I couldn't answer calls or texts on my phone so I went into the Vodafone shop at Crystal Peaks. Reece fixed it straightaway even though I said I thought I needed a new phone. No hard sell, no pressuring me into upgrading to a better phone, just great customer service.

Paul was fantastic today
Paul at the Crystal Peaks store was fantastic today. Helped sort a sim out for an old Nokia phone for my brother in law who has dementia.
He went out of his way to sort everything out quickly and efficiently, making sure it was working properly and ready to use. Excellent customer service 5 stars!

Went to Vodafone store in Crystal Peaks for an upgrade where I was dealt with by Reece. Absolutely top customer service and patience in talking me through things and managed to get me a new phone faster broadband and a better air time plan for cheaper than before.
