Great experience
Paul at Crystal Peaks was great, I came in to get an upgrade on my phone but really didn’t know what I wanted. He took the time to go through multiple different phones, brought them to the desk if they were available in store and took me through the monthly breakdown of each one so I could decide what was best for me even if it did take me a while to decide! At no point did I feel rushed, he took the time to make sure I ended up with the right phone for me, overall great experience

Great Service
Have been with Vodafone for years always come back as they have served me well, always willing to make things more affordable, i come in to see about trading in my iphone 15 and seeing if i could get a 17 in which was successful. I spoke with Chris he helped me get the contract to a price that suited and let me know i could bring my old device back in store which is ideal as i work round the corner. Happy with the outcome

5 Star Review - Chris @ Crystal Peaks
Had the pleasure of Chris from Crystal Peaks assisting me with my stressful situation of my phone not working.
Chris was extremely knowledgeable and easy to speak to.
We upgraded my plan from SIM only to a new Pixel 10 Pro XL.
He explained everything clearly and calmly.
