The best customer service with Chris at Vodafone took the time to explain…
Chris took the time to explain everything in great detail. I've felt abit let down with Vodafone customer service in the past but not any more. I will definitely make a detour to visit crystal peaks to visit Chris for his knowledge and caring approach. More people like him please on your team. It really made the difference of me leaving or staying with Vodafone.

In store staff were very helpful and…
In store staff were very helpful and supportive explaining everything very clearly Paul made sure everything was finalised before I left the shop.
The only glitch was the system used for the upgrade seemed to be rejecting data which took longer than it should have been
