The customer service with Jake. Booked appointment for replacement battery but left with a new mobile. Best decision made. Jake was a true professional. Spoke through in detail every thing I needed to know. Answered every question I asked. A true gentleman and so very patient. He definitely knows his stuff when it comes to mobile phones.
