After having my phone stolen
After having my phone stolen I went into Vodafone Southport for a replacement Abi was so helpful and helped me through replacing and setting up a new phone . I highly recommend both Abi and Vodafone if you need help.

Visiting Britain from abroad and…
I am visiting Britain from abroad and thought I would be smart and get myself an eSIM. Switching my phone over to eSIM was not a friendly process. My phone was totally messed up.
Laura, from Vodafone Southport, helped me enormously. She was kind and consumately professional. My cell phone is now 100% good, thanks to her intervention. If I lived in Southport, I would not hesitate to go to Vodafone for all my mobile services, based on the help I received this afternoon.
