Fabulous service from all the staff from start to finish in the St Helens store.
Made changing my phone quick and easy hassle free. Explained the process thoroughly and was patient with me. Been going to that store for a good few years and would recommend anyone to go into them.

As a self confessed technopobe, employee helped greatly in the process of deciding on a new phone deal for our son. Gave several options and addressed any concerns. Several days later revisited store on an unrelated App matter which wasn't related to the contract sold, but same assistant was still very obliging (30Aug2023 & 02Sep2023) excellent customer care in St.Helens branch
