What a fantastic store and service level. I bought my new iPhone here, knowing I would want to be guided. I was not disappointed. I later could not migrate crucial email data, wasting hours of my own and utterly frustrated. Bought my phone in and Dan sorted out the problem immediately, calmly and professionally. Very helpful and understanding

Ordered my phone then went it to collect, which was very simple. Despite moving from Android to Apple, the advisor Charlie was a great help and offered to move all my data across for me. Definitely a big weight off my shoulders.

After travelling to 3 vodafone stores, an apple retailer and being on the phone for 40 minutes, Charlie from the Stroud Vodafone store helped me with my issue… even when I walked in at 5:25pm and they close at 5:30. Absolute credit to you.

My partner and I renewed our phone contracts yesterday in the Stroud High Street branch. We were looked after by Charlie who was an absolute star.
