Dan, Charlie & Connor in the Stroud branch were really patient, kind and helpful to me whilst I was trying to choose a new phone and phone plan.
I must have spent 3 hours in total over three visits with them separately and as the whole process slightly addled my brain and I asked lots of questions they were incredibly patient
They all knew their stuff really well.

After a stressful unhelpful time dealing with 02 customer service, I went into my local branch where I was helped by a young guy called Charlie, he completely understood my issue and soon sorted it, I have now moved over to Vodafone as there so helpful

Purchasing a new mobile phone
My husband and I visited your Vodafone shop on the 8th December with my 90 year old aunt who wanted to replace her old mobile phone. We found Dan and Dale very helpful who spent time talking to my aunt to find out what type of phone she would like. They discussed various options with her and gave her some good advice. She was happy with what they suggested. We had trouble transferring her contacts from her old phone to her new one when we got home and returned to your shop the following day. Jamie served us and again was very helpful and sorted out our problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your Vodafone shop who have such friendly helpful staff to anyone wanting to buy a new phone.

Excellent Customer Service -Stroud
We visited the Vodafone store in Stroud with our 90 year old Aunt, who was looking for a replacement to her old phone. The staff were excellent and very patient and went through a number of options to suit her needs. ( phone calls and texts). They gave a lot of advice and arranged to have the telephone number carried over and also gave advice on moving the contacts over to a new phone.
Unfortunately I had trouble with the new SIM card and had to return to the store for advice the next day. We were seen by one of the original staff there, Jamie, who couldn’t do enough for us. Within five minutes he had sorted out my problem and had everything working wonderfully.
It is a credit to the shop, that you have staff there who are happy to spend time with a customer and guide them through a variety of options until the customer is satisfied with their purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vodafone to others and would like to thank Jamie for his excellent customer service.
