Walked in the sunderland branch today…
Walked in the sunderland branch today to see what offers there are on the new Samsung. Been served by a top lad called Anth who not only gave me the prices that i need. But also noticed i was paying a lot more that should be with the new 1/2 price deals that are on air time. He assisted me with the price reduction.

Shocking service
Shocking service. Bought a phone 11 December and it broke today. They said it had to be sent back for 2 weeks with a couldn’t give a toss attitude. I only have this phone and waiting surgery so need it for contact. They weren’t interested. Shocking customer service with their disgusting attitudes from the manager and other staff member. Will NEVER buy another from Vodafone.

Amazing customer service from Nathan
Amazing customer service. I stopped in to see about a new contract and spoke with Nathan who was very knowledgeable and helped me to find the best deal with the benefits best suited to myself. We also had a good chat about life and found he’d been through very similar experiences as myself. It was quite comforting to know I wasn’t alone in my struggle.
