We had Christopher look after us today. Came in to get a new phone or sim, whichever was best deal. Got a new sim deal. He then kindly said about broadband with them. We looked at the deals, and they were so much better than BT who were on today. We were saving more money transferring from BT to Vodafone.

A great experience
I came in to speak to an assistant about getting a new battery in my old phone.
In stead I decided to get a new one, as I couldn’t be without one, while it was being done. I have heart conditions and needed to have a phone for emergencies at all times. The young man I spoke too was lovely. His name was Tom. I’m a pensioner and am not very good at technology. Tom was brilliant, he was very polite, kind and patient. He showed me a number of options that I could afford and never once tried to upsell me anything that I didn’t want or need.
