we were assisted today by Luke and a little bit by Ben, who absolutely could not have done more to solve the problem we had with an old iPhone, their patience, kindness and polite manners were a delight to experience.
Luke also amended the phone contract we'd been on for years to save us money, and pointed out that we were still paying insurance on an old phone from years ago, which he telephoned the company to cancel saving us even more money, couldn't be happier with the service received today.
