Came in late in the day to the Vodafone shop on Strand. Both the members of staff (Mourya and Sadie) made us feel welcome and were so helpful. They also stayed late after the shop had closed to finish our order. A real credit to the company, with the service and hospitality they give xx

I wanted to say what a lovely day I had visiting Vodafone strand. Umar was fantastic with the way he helped me with my contract, I have a disability talking at times but Umar was very good assistanting me.

Amazing experience at the Strand Vodafone
Umar was so fantastic throughout the entire process. I had screwed up my SIM card but he got me sorted out immediately. He always had my best interests in mind, and you could see that when he was helping me. He directly me clearly towards next steps in sorting out my problems and I am grateful that I came to this Vodafone in particular because Umar made the entire process so smooth. I will definitely come back to this specific store if I have any problems.
