Went to lakeside Vodafone shop as my insured Samsung 24 has broken (damage to screen ) The staff were absolutely no help telling me that they cannot help me to phone Vodafone insurance and ill have to sort this out myself even though my phone is broken and i cannot contact them .I am really disappointed with the apathy and cant do attitude of the Lakeside branch .I will try the Brentwood branch tomorrow as they seem to have a can do attitude .Lakeside staff, not a way to treat your paying customers .I don't recommend dealing with this branch .Only one star as i cannot find a way to put zero stars .
