Came in and saw Jordan. He upgraded my phone sim and saved me money. He also went the extra mile and helped me cancel a sim that I was no longer using while I was in-store. I really love he went the extra mile, there isn't enough of that these days. Really recommend

He noted all the information for us, giving us a written breakdown of costs for various plans.
In all, we got the impression that he, and the rest of the staff in the shop, couldn't do enough for you!
