Went to the Truro branch today, asked advice from store colleague Sam re upgrade on existing phone, he went above and beyond explaining different products and plans to suit me. New phone sorted and partner also upgraded at the same time. Excellent customer service!

Aaron, the Manager, understood my dilemma - living so far away from the store and having problems with the delivery of the new broadband router before my hook up day. He also tried to resolve my issue with the new mobile device which I had missed the in store collection date.
All in all, it was excellent service despite the outcome not being easy to resolve. He did everything he possibly could to help while dealing with a high volume of customers.

Incredible customer service, both in-store and on the phone!
I am absolutely blown away by the level of service I have received from Vodafone recently. It is so rare to find a company where you get an amazing experience whether you walk into a branch or make a phone call, but Vodafone completely delivers.
In-Store Experience (Truro, Cornwall):
On Thursday, my husband and I went into the Truro store to sort out our broadband. We had our five-month-old and our two-year-old with us, and as two-year-olds do, our toddler was running riot and causing a bit of chaos! There were only a couple of other customers in the store, and all of the staff who were free were absolutely amazing with him. Instead of making us feel stressed, they were so kind and welcoming. The gentleman (Jack) who dealt with our broadband was lovely, handled everything seamlessly, and made the whole process incredibly smooth.
Phone Support (Louis):
Today, I had a phone call with Louis that lasted nearly an hour because I had a few questions and several things to sort out on my account. I cannot praise Louis enough. He was exceptionally polite, kind, and understanding. Most importantly, he was so incredibly patient with me from start to finish and helped me complete absolutely everything I needed to do.
I have never experienced such amazing and incredible customer service. I am so grateful to Vodafone and their wonderful staff. They truly go above and beyond for families and customers!

I came in today to upgrade my phone. Maddie was very helpful and friendly throughout. She found me a plan which suited me for the latest phone, which is cheaper than I'm currently paying.
