10/10 and some 🙏👏 Joey 💗
Myself and my brother came into branch yesterday (4/08/25) to salvage some precious memories made on his phone that got dropped and just shut off. The memories were of a nature, that was soo paramountly important to both him and myself and his family. We sadly lost our father last Thursday Morning and we all 😔 waited in the wings as the private ambulance was getting themselves ready. We played our fathers guitars, as brothers in mourning and not even two hours after his passing we were pouring our hearts and souls into music, as we always have.
Long story longer we had the absolute pleasure of meeting Joey.
She was such a light for us both in the darkest of days since dad sadly had to go.
We could not be more thankful to everything she done for my brother and his phone, and walking us through his upgrade and receiving the precious memories we made that early morning.
Thank you Joey and you'll always be in our hearts for your love and professionalism and kindness.
Vodafone Truro are soo lucky to have you as is every customer, that is lucky enough to be in your care.

Joey Was Incredible
Joey was absolutely amazing from the moment I sat down with her and explained my issue to the moment she handed my new phone over to me that she fully restored with my old broken phones apps and data. So appreciative of all her help and couldn't have asked to have been dealt with by a better member of staff.

Great service by Maddie!
I was served by Maddie near the end of her shift. She was very knowledgeable, and she was able to price up the phone I wanted straight away without any fuss. The price was great, and listened so my needs. I had lost confidence in another brand and maddie gave such a superb service that I went ahead with the offer.
