I had a query on my account so I popped in the Vodafone Truro store.
I was helped by Aaron who not only resolved my query but managed to find me a fantastic new Sim deal.
I found Aaron helpful, engaging, professional and extremely knowledgeable about his products. Nothing was too much trouble at all.
I commend Aaron not only for his above and beyond customer service but also for his effective management style. It's obvious that this is a happy well run Vodafone location.

We are on holiday and I lost my phone…
We are on holiday and I lost my phone in the sea. Went into Vodafone in Truro and was greeted immediately by the manager. The store was busy so I waited until someone was available and luckily I got Joey. She could not have been more helpful, understanding and knowledgable. Broadband issues and dealing with…
Broadband issues and dealing with Indian call centre, broadband regularly goes down, failure on their broadband team to sort out, will probably leave because of this, I think it’s the area as I have broadband elsewhere without any problems
