Vintage silver surfer experience.
Wanted to get a broadband contract sorted out for my 96 year old mam. Explained to the staff that she was with us so that she could listen and understand what was being said and, though the account would be in her name I would be asking any questions on her behalf.
We were served by Paula who went above and beyond in helping us get the best deal for her. She was clear and explained things in a way that my mam could easily understand, though she was taken aback a little when she asked for her date of birth and mam replied 1928.
It was taking a while to get their system to put all of the details through so she suggested we went for lunch while she got things sorted out. She even came and found us in the cafe we were at to check and confirm some details. Needless to say we got everything we needed done with a minimum of fuss (for us not for Paula).
Thank you so much Paula. Superb courteous service. You are a credit to the company.
