Totally Disgusted with this company I have been a customer for sometime .
I have run out of data , I called into my local vodafone shop today to see how I could purchase more data , ie game playing , internet access etc .
I was told since I have data on sim I cannot gain more until my contract is renewed in 2027 . but I could acquire more data if, I purchase a new phone that way I can gain the data I want my current phone which isn't that old is a Samsung Galaxy A52s 5 G I was told I should upgrade to a new Samsung Galaxy A56s at just £39.99 pm I declined and have decided once my contract is at an end I will go elsewhere

I upgraded my phone which I collected…
I upgraded my phone which I collected today and Lauren in the Welwyn Garden City branch did the transfer from my old phone to my new one. This took a few hours to do and Lauren went above and beyond to assist me throughout the whole process and even stayed behind well after she was due to go home. A very helpful young lady.
