I had experienced problems in getting my Samsung Gala xy S24 mobile to use mobile data when wifi was not available. Glen the manager at the WGC branch spent considerable time trying to identify the source of the problem. He concluded ghat it was my use of Google Chrome as my internet provider which apparently was not compatible with the use of mobile data. He suggested I use the Samsung Galaxy internet obtainable through Google but not Google Chrome. All is now working well and I am very grateful for all Glen's help.
