Great experience!
Leon really helpful in store. We have just upgraded 2 iPhones and he patiently went through all the numbers with us. Didnt feel rushed. Nice to speak and deal with someone in person instead of online or over the phone/call centre.

Very rude and unhelpful
Very rude and unhelpful. I attended store with my new baby to sort out my phone contract. I was spoken to very poorly and left the store upset. After many long years as a Vodafone customer I will not be renewing my contract after this experience.

Had/having huge issues with my sim which Chrissy amazingly managed to help with. Not entirely sorted yet but at least with Chrissy working on it, i now have the confidence al could be okay.
