Hannah was extremely knowledgeable, very quickly established what I was seeking. Gave me the confidence to update my phone and offered a full service to do the update with no hassle. Great experience with Hannah.
Had a brilliant experience in store with Hannah today. Hannah was helpful and explained the various contracts and entertainment plans I could choose, I left with a plan I was much happier with after switching from a more expensive comparator company!
