Excellent customer service from Maddie. Went in to the store ad-hoc, undecided if I should upgrade. After speaking to Maddie, I decided to purchase. Assisted with guidance, transferring Apps etc. Really helpful, with a good sense of humour. Thank you Maddie.

I was in desperate need to upgrade my phone. He sorted out the best contract for my needs and then uploaded everything from old phone to my new one .

I went into tGreat Service he local Winchester …
I went into the local Winchester Vodafone branch to get a new handset .I met a young assistant called Archie . He was so kind , helpful and patient and sorted out transferring all my apps and data from my old phone to my new phone . I asked alot of questions which he always answered with a smile on his face . The next day I had to go in again as I wasn't sure about something and again Archie sorted my problem out efficiently and quickly.

I went in to the Vodafone store in Winchester last Friday and they were very friendly and helpful and were very shocked at how badly O2 treated me and they Even laughed about O2 and said the person he had in the store 15 minutes before me had the same problem as I did with O2.

I went in to Vodafone on Friday last week and they were very friendly and very helpful they were in Winchester store and he knew what I needed as I told them what happened with the last phone provider which was the most poorest provider ever which was O2 and I will stick with Vodafone and I won’t change to nothing else because Vodafone is the best it is so Vodafone 10/10 much more better than O2 which I give -10/10

Sam was very helpful and informative! He helped me with my sim contracts and getting myself a good deal. He took the time to sit down with me and explain everything and took into account what we needed.
The customer service in Winchester is always amazing and the team are always helpful with any issues that arise. I will definitely be back when my contracts need upgrading again.
